Ezer (pronounced AY-zer) is a Hebrew noun meaning "strength," "power," "ally," or "helper." Often used in the Old Testament to describe God as a rescuer, it denotes a strong partner or warrior-like aid — not a subordinate assistant, but an equal force standing alongside. It's a name we carry with intention on every job site.
